Easy Returns

15-Day Return Policy

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
  3. Ship Your Return: Pack your item(s) securely, including the RMA number inside the package, and ship to the address provided.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: We will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Other Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tractable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Damaged or Defective Items

How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the exchange.
  2. Receive Exchange Authorization: We will provide you with instructions on how to return the defective item.
  3. Ship Your Item: Send back the defective item using the instructions provided.
  4. Receive Your Replacement: Once we receive the defective item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement to you at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items
